Simplisys continues to expand its customer base in Scotland and is pleased to announce the first anniversary of a 3 year contract with Ayrshire College… The College needed a modern, value for money solution to replace the legacy Service Desk. The new system needed to be easy to use with a modern UI that was easily configurable to underpin working practices of a dynamic organisation, but also from a vendor that delivered a first class ongoing support service. The service desk design brief was to develop a product that could underpin the working practices set out in ITIL but also be quickly and easily configured to support current or new working practices using existing terminology. Our approach to implementation is to work closely with our customers, understanding requirements and reasons for change and ensuring that projects exceed expectations.
