Simplisys continues to expand its customer base in Scotland and is pleased to announce the first anniversary of a 3 year contract with Ayrshire College… The College needed a modern, value for money solution to replace the legacy Service Desk. The new system needed to be easy to use with a modern UI that was easily configurable to underpin working practices of a dynamic organisation, but also from a vendor that delivered a first class ongoing support service.
