Simplisys is committed to providing high quality, comprehensive care and support packages to users with current product licenses who have an existing Service Contract.

Customers that wish to contact the Simplisys support desk can do so through a number of channels:

If you have a Self Service logon you can add or update a service call via the Self Service Portal.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Simplisys Support desk will be open normal office hours and closed on UK national and public holidays.

Remote Control

If you have been asked to connect to a ‘Remote Control Support Session’ then you can download the client software here:

Download for: Windows or Mac

When you click on the relevant link a file will download; open the file and enter the session ID you have been given to activate remote control.

Product Design

The service desk design brief was to develop a product that could underpin the working practices set out in ITIL but also be quickly and easily configured to support current or new working practices using existing terminology. Our approach to implementation is to work closely with our customers, understanding requirements and reasons for change and ensuring that projects exceed expectations.
