Simplisys Service Desk
What we came up with was a “state of the art” service management tool. Designed from the start to enable users to introduce industry best practices, such as ITIL 2011, to their businesses in support of internal staff, external customers or both.
A Centralised System
A key element in making Simplisys Service Desk a core system within many organisations is its ability to allow multiple departments such as IT, Facilities, Fleet, HR, Sales and Operations to use a central system. This allows them to manage all requests and incidents; reducing the need for training when labour moves between departments, and the management overhead and cost of supporting multiple systems.
