Simplisys prides itself on delivering Service Desk Projects on time, to specification and within budget… An essential element leading to the success or failure of any project large or small is Training, Simplisys believe in delivering first class training to address our customers’ specific educational requirements, furthermore all Training is delivered inline with the skill level of the attendees to ensure maximum knowledge transfer and retention. Courses can be delivered on site or at a training centre. Our approach includes "Train the Trainer", "One to One", “Product workshops” and “Mentoring”. Formalised ITIL Training is available through our business partners. Courses booked through Simplisys attract a discount off the normal list price. Formal ITIL Training courses purchased with a Service Desk attracts additional discounts.

Custom Reports

As part of your implementation Simplisys can provide custom reports to extract data in the format you require. Custom reports could include performance statistics for your monthly meeting or invoices for billable work completed.

Bespoke Software Development & Application Integration

Simplisys software has in-house product development skills and industry experience including .NET, Java, ASP, HTML & PHP software development. Simplisys can provide integration with existing business applications such as accountancy software and Customer Relationship software.

Workflow

Database Triggers and Stored Procedures can be written to facilitate custom work flow and automation. With Microsoft SQL at the back end for example, Simplisys can easily provide custom triggers and procedures to map and automate your standard business workflow to the Service Desk e.g. To provide escalation of incidents if service levels are not met.

Data Manipulation and Importation

Simplisys can carry out data cleansing and data import services at any time. This particularly relevant for customers intending to import legacy data into the new Service Desk from incumbent systems.
