Customer Satisfaction surveys facilitate Continuous Service Improvement inline with Customer Perception Measurement.

The customer satisfaction survey tool was developed by Simplisys to integrate seamlessly with Vivantio Service desk. It was specifically developed to meet the needs of forward thinking IT departments that wish to drive improved performance but also recognise the need to keep the customer happy.

The survey tool is easy to use, invitations are sent out via email when a call in Vivantio is closed. The IT department decide how often surveys are sent e.g. every 10th closed call or Globally on demand. It is easy to generate bespoke questions as required and includes a mandatory comments box for further explanations if the customers wish to post a “Poor” answer to a question.

Once the data is collected it is stored in a database ready for reporting. There is a choice of two standard reports. One allows detailed information about the information collected; the other is a summary report allowing an overview of the data over a given date range.

Armed with this information areas of weakness can be identified, and changes made with maximum positive impact to both the customer (end user) and staff within the IT department.
