HEAT Archive Utility
Extending the capabilities of HEAT
The HEAT Archive utility provides a way to archive call data based on criteria, for example, Call Status and Closed Date.
The archive process moves the data from the CallLog and associated tables so that the call record is preserved in the archive database.
The HEAT Archive utility also supports unarchiving data – i.e. moving data back from the archive database into the live database.
