Since adopting the Vivantio system in March for our Helpdesk, we have received excellent feedback from all users. Vivantio is extremely quick & intuitive and allows our operators to log calls quickly & efficiently. We have progressed from logging calls in 3 separate systems to a single platform which has resulted in the number of calls logged increasing by 70%.
