Roles

A system Administrator can allow or restrict access to any part of the system for every user of the system. This means that each user can be set up to only have access to the sections of the system which are relevant to that user. So for example a particular engineer might only have access to the work orders and the stock room staff might only have access to the parts list. The benefits of this are that it adds an extra level of system security and it also makes the system easier to use for users who do not require the full use.
