Since adopting the Vivantio system in March for our Helpdesk, we have received excellent feedback from all users. Vivantio is extremely quick & intuitive and allows our operators to log calls quickly & efficiently. We have progressed from logging calls in 3 separate systems to a single platform which has resulted in the number of calls logged increasing by 70%. We now plan to use Vivantio to track stock and log internal work requests from other departments.

Dashboard

The eMaint X3 Dashboard is a fully customizeable set of pages which can contain any of our standard reports as well as any custom report which you create. It can also be set up to display inventory control monitors so you can see right away if a part needs to be reordered. You can display condition monitors on your dashboard so you will know straight away if a piece of equipment is overheating and can then act on that before it gets to an unsafe level and any damage is caused.
