Since adopting the Vivantio system in March for our Helpdesk, we have received excellent feedback from all users. Vivantio is extremely quick & intuitive and allows our operators to log calls quickly & efficiently. We have progressed from logging calls in 3 separate systems to a single platform which has resulted in the number of calls logged increasing by 70%. We now plan to use Vivantio to track stock and log internal work requests from other departments.

Condition Monitoring

Using the condition monitoring part of eMaint X3 you can keep track of the status of all of your equipment based on the types of monitors you want to set up. You can either import the monitor data or in some cases you can have the monitor data automatically updated in the system. Examples of some monitors you can set up are temperature, vibration and humidity. If the monitor results reach an unacceptable level the system will automatically notify you so can act on that information before any damage is caused.
