A new “Foundation” version of our help desk software will be launched at the Service Desk show on 5th and 6th of June. Foundation Help Desk is ideal for companies starting out on their ITSM journey or for smaller teams in larger organisations. It is extremely quick to set up and flexible contracts make it particularly suited as Pop Up service desk to aid management of events or high profile construction projects.

Foundation edition has been designed specifically for teams that currently do not have a structured help desk solution or have a free to use onsite solution with limited or no support. What makes Foundation Edition different is that it is future proof; customers adopting Foundation Help Desk can seamlessly upgrade to Professional or Enterprise editions with no impact to operations. Moreover the standard features available with Professional or Enterprise Editions are optional costs options with Foundation. No need to pay for features that you do not need.

Please note that Foundation Help Desk meets all regulatory requirements including GDPR, Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 etc. and there is no need to install anything. You will be up and running in one day.

Product Design

The service desk design brief was to develop a product that could underpin the working practices set out in ITIL but also be quickly and easily configured to support current or new working practices using existing terminology. Our approach to implementation is to work closely with our customers, understanding requirements and reasons for change and ensuring that projects exceed expectations.
